Strolf's Conditioning Sessions

In order to provide the optimal personalized strengthening and core conditioning program, each of our clients receives a comprehensive initial evaluation. This covers an individual`s general health history, any special medical needs, injury assessment, fitness goals, and a full physical fitness evaluation. With problem areas identified and any medical related modifications in place, a unique program is designed to suit each client`s specific needs.

Following a 5-15 minute warm-up, a one on one full hour session incorporates stretching and modified massage techniques to involved muscle groups, following each individual strengthening exercise. The session always concludes with our famous Strolf trainer assisted stretches with a massage component. The Strolf experience leaves you feeling rejuvenated, mobile and ready to take on your daily challenges.
