Our new location Vision is an impressive 5,600 Sq ft. facility, boasting a 3500 Sq ft. personal training area that houses a full complement of state-of-the-art fitness and core conditioning equipment for elite training.

In addition, the center features a 500 Sq ft rehabilitation area equipped with chiropractic and stretching tables, a yoga studio, three large massage therapy & treatment rooms, two locker rooms complete with showers, washrooms and steam saunas. We also offer complimentary refreshments, seasonal fresh fruits, nutritious protein shakes & towel service for the clients convenience.
